This is some tasty stuff sent to us by My last Dime Gourmet out of Orlando.
The ingredient list is as follows garlic,onion,salt,cumin, spices,parsley, and chile peppers. contains no calories, no sugar, no fat and no MSG and comes packaged in a cool resealable vinyl bag.
We have used on beef and chicken with great results the beef was done on the grill as was a whole chicken we did beer can style.
Overall a nice rub we plan to use again with great flavor that don't burn on.Plus comes in the easy to handle and store vinyl bag.
