Question.

Have you ever seen a better looking half-chicken... cooked in the oven?

Doesn't taste like BBQ, but it's damn good for Oven-Q.

First I took two secret dry spices and rubbed it down. Then I took a spoon and rubbed some Sierra Nevada mustard into into. About 30 minutes before it was done, I coated with Frontera Roasted Chipotle Pineapple Barbecue and Grilling Sauce (it's quite watery and mild, so I added honey and Jersey Death). I cooked it directly on the oven rack with a drip pan underneath. In the drip pan was water and liquid smoke.
