Here is a killer appitizer for a bowl game (or whatever) that is down dirty and simple, yet marvelously gourmet.
Take a brick of Phily cream cheeze and place in a dish with low rising sides to contain the sauce. Take Blazin'-Hot Sauce (or Smokin'-Hot), put in sauce pan, add a bunch of small pre-cooked shrimp (I call them popcorm shimp) and heat to warm on stove - don't boil!! I use more shrimp than sauce, but it's your choice. Finally pour the sauce and mixture over the cream cheese brick and serve with your crackers of choice. - E.Z.
(Better have a second set of fixin's ready to throw together once your guests taste this dish!)
