December 25th's BBQ

Well, I grilled yesturday and here's what I did. Potatoes and ham. One has EZ Earl's Blazin' Hot Stuff..er...Sauce on it and the other has my own "Dave's Zesty Blend" on it.

Well, I got some 24th.... 25th was cooked inside, and I usually don't pics of "indoor" food. LOL
Got a cryo, rubbed em and put em on round 7:30 last night.

Made up one of my sauces for topping later, pulled the Pork, added more rub, then dumped a bottle of Rev Marvins BBQ sauce (mustard/vinegar based), with a lil honey, and apple cider vinegar into the PP. Man :shock: Gunna have to do that more often. Great finishing sauce for PP!

here i am sick at home..was gonna just eat a bowl of chicken noodle soup or some ramen..now you guys have gone and made me think about bbq! all that food looks great! i didn't get any pics of our dinner, but we had ham and lamb with lots of sides one night..and turkey another night. it was like having two thanksgivings. :) now i'm tempted to buy some pork shoulder and make some nc style pulled pork.

Me too (although I am felling much better now)! I caught laryngitis which developed into laryngitis WITH bronchitis and was sent home from work on Wen. Still can't talk all that well.
