Big Black Dick jalapeno sauce was given to us by some good friends who own a home down on Grand Cayman besides the outragous name.
Big Black Dick was a real figure on Grand Cayman where he was a slave that started by making rum in the 1700's and finally hot sauce the jalapeno sauce is mild compared to other sauces we have tried.
On flavor we give it a 2 of 10 just your run of the mill jalapeno sauce.
On heat we give it a 2 of 10 also. Like we stated before your run of the mill jalapeno sauce
Slightly disappointed other then the funny name not much to write home about.
The rum on the other hand kicks butt.
