A new product we are evaluating as a new product for our website

From a micro sauce company up in northern Florida
A habanero sauce that taste like habanero.
a very hot sauce a 8-9 on my heat scale made with habs, vinegar, soybean oil, & poppy seeds I think the oil helps keep the heat around. the poppy seeds didn't add much flavor I could tell. Not sure what makes this sauce one that I really like but I seem to always be using it at the table. has a nice thick consistency plus that great habanero taste. looks to be a winner

Too often when I try new sauces they are just overwelmingly hot. Personally I prefer to taste the flavor of the sauce and not that of the flesh burning on my tongue :)

but im just a wimp at heat lvl yet so maybe later things will change
