Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 ears of Silver Queen or other corn
- 3 tbs softened salted butter
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1tsp Blue's Carolina Pepper sauce
Directions:
Wash the ears of corn. Mix all ingredients and liberally cover each ear of corn with mixture. wrap each ear tightly with foil and roast on hot grill or bake in oven until tender. Approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy.
