It's not a website, but I have this book and I love it:

It has a very international flavor, and the recipies aren't "Americanized" which I love.

Before I knew of this site I used to go here http://www.pepperfool.com/recipe_home.html for recipes they also have seeds, sauces and photos...
I still venture in from time to time some great recipes..... a lot of Hab recipes there
