A sauce made with a few simple ingredients that has a complex flavor
Made with Habanero & Scotch bonnet Peppers, Lime Juice, Carrots, Garlic, & vinegar a sauce with serious punch that has the cleanest finish ( no aftertaste) of any i've tried.
Pete attributes the clean taste to the fact that the chiles used are hydrophonicaly grown.and the rest of the ingredients are organicaly grown.
The type of sauce I would use on fresh Oysters or Clams, a great addition to your bowl of gumbo or add to margrine and make wing sauce.
