Roast up a pork tenderloin your favorite way. Cube the cooked pork. Deep fry the pork cubes for one minute. Take out. Now boil the pork cubes in apple cider for three minutes. Fill a pita and eat with hot sauce, onions, and shredded cabbage. Also good on white bread with mayonnaise and pickles.
