A new sauce we were referred to that is like the label states Sweet start & Fiery finish not that fiery though made by a certified culinary instructor at the Southeast culinary institute in St.Augustine Florida made with tomato concentrate, cider vinegar, lemon juice, orange habanero peppers, brown sugar, garlic, lemon oil, spices & natural flavors.

On flavor we give it an 8 of 10 great flavor that is a little to sweet for my personal taste but everyone here really like it.
On heat we give it a 7 of 10 warm from the habanero's but not overly hot from all the sweet flavor still with every bite it gets warmer.He makes a XXX version and a steak sauce that we'll be reviewing at a later date.
