...of my Barnicle Remover was just done this evening...and I'm REALLY exicted!!! Right now, it's got a little too much of a vinegar flavor, but I'm gunna work on that.
The spices are popping, the pepper flavors are full and in your face (I used close to 60 peppers for a 5 woozie run), and the heat...:hell:
I need to work out a few kinks, but I'm really happy with what I got on a test run!
...oh... all fresh ingredients BTW...

I always have fun creating a new sauce. With this one, I used dark beer in the recipie too.
I'm gunna have to work out that almost overwhelming vinegar...whaddya think....lime juice?

did you let the alchool in the beer evaporate first...? dark beer does funky things if you dont let the alchool out....

Oh yeah. Made sure it stayed on the heat long enough to cook off. Crazy orange color!
I don't know what it is with my sauces comming out these wierd colors, but I like it!
I'll get up a pic soon.

Heyyyyy, that's one of my secrets ;) I make a killer sauce hot/sweet sauce with beer.
