I've seen cheap little plastic ones at places like Wal-Mart and Target in the kitchen area.

Are they empty or full of spices?

Are they empty or full of spices?
Empty. They're in the housewares(kitchen crap) section.

If you have a "do it best" hardware store, they can order these for you:

I went to my local store and got them for .43 each, including shipping! While more expensive than plastic, it works great for limited edition, farmer's market and specialty items!
