Well my friends an update to this sucks.The nice people at nagaseeds mailed me some seeds to replace my conficated plant and the made it through labeled as vegetable seeds.Yeah, exicted, snoopy dance. okay I feel better maybe alittle to excited about chiles, hell can you blame me. :)

Well, even if you don't have a plant, you have somewhere to start. Good time to do an indoor statrer plant or six and have them ready for spring!

Good dirt, a touch of Miracle Grow, maybe some root stimulator, and pateince.

Use sterilized peat-based soil to avoid weeds and pests and make sure not to overfertilize. A fluorescent light is nice once they start, but I don't know if you need it in California.
