the peidmont pepper pod will be hosting a chili cook off along with that competition will be a bean competition and a salsa comp. this will be at the elks lodge in statesville e mail me at mike@bubbaschili.com if you want to participate or just come by and eat some chili. this year they have elected me the vice great pepper so im realy looking forward to helping out all the different charities.
