Stuffed Jalapeño Appitizers

About 12 Jalapeño peppers cut lengthwise and cleaned
1 brick of cream cheese
2-3 mangos

Peel and chop mangos and stir into softened cream cheese.

Stuff jalapeño peppers with cream cheese/mango mixture.

Enjoy.

2-3 mangoes will never fit into 12 jalapenos with cream cheese :D

this is a simple idea but i kinda liked it...bought dozen jalapenos cored em out and stuffed with cheese and salsa and when they were done i kinda diped em in sour cream while i was eating them....kinda simple but i liked it.

I tried stuffing a poblano with chili and it turned out pretty bad. You really need a thick chili with lots of cheese to make it work good.

i know it sounds weird but i have had in my mind putting some egg and cheese in a jalapeno and wrapping it in bacon...and have it for breakfast.

Watched a cooking show a couple of weeks ago called Ham on the Streets,and the guy on there stuffed the jalepenos a couple of different ways,he used pizza sauce & shredded cheese in one,mixes up some eggs,cheese and I think salsa in another one,and peanut butter & jelly in the last one.(yes peanut butter & jelly).He cooked them in the oven afterwards.Looked interesting.

Dang bubba! That sounds great! People put the peppers in the eggs, so why not reverse the recipe and put the egg in the pepper! :idea:
