Jumping in with both feet

I've been smoking peppers for over a year now, various hot types and have 5 different smokers in use. All locally grown fresh. This year my pepper lady decided I should broaden my horizons so she planted a couple different ghosts and habaneros for me along with the hungarian hots and jalepenos. We had a great summer and it's the largest harvest of red jalepenos I have had. The ghosts also went red and orange and I'm ripening the last of the green ghosts in the window sill, first time this has ever worked for me, salvaged a few pounds.

Last week I decided to start fermenting and have 6, 1L jars and 4, 1.9L jars bubbling away, very cool stuff. I probably made too much to start but have 48 5oz woozy bottles to fill, a Vitamix blender on the way and about 15 boxes of canning jars sitting in the living room. Yikes! :dance::onfire:

Anyway, looking forward to participating here in any way I can.
