First time so just making sure before I use the habanero peppers. Some had black spots, especially around the stem. I cut those away, but still wondering about the seeds and membranes which are a light brown color. They are store bought peppers.

Doesn't sound very appetizing to me. Almost sounds like it was partially frozen.
