recipe-help Habanero + Carolina reaper = what to do ?

Hi,
I have 3 Habanero Chocolate and 3 Carolina Reaper. I have no idea what to do with them... Need some idea please :) Thanks

Sauce, for pizza & calzones.

Mince some red onions, carrot, garlic & reapers, sauté in olive oil (Open the windows & wear gloves if desired).

The tomato base came from garden fresh San marzano tomatoes, (hot water bath, blended, de-skinned and de-seeded) add some fresh basil, oregano, salt, chicken stock and a bay leaf.

Bring the tomato base to almost boiling (stirring occasionally), reduce heat, add sauteed items and simmer (stirring occasionally) for around 2 hours or desired consistency.

Once it cools, bag, label and freeze.

Note: Start light with the peppers, taste it and add more as needed.

Use the 3 chocolate habs for a spicy BBQ sauce, the brown will work well and the flavor as well. 3 is enough to heat up a pot of sauce of a nice mild/medium bbq sauce. If it is not hot enough, then add one of the reapers. That should do it!

With the other 2 reapers you could literally do anything. See the above post, good ideas.

You could make a very nice hot sauce with all 6 peppers. There's enough heat there for sure, for bulk you'll need to add some carrot or sweet peppers like red bells to your basic recipe of a vinegar sauce.
