I thought about that (and it may actually be cutworms) but only 1 plant has been attacked at a time and it has jumped back and forth between 2 different beds.

Some animal is biting the leaves off of my pepper plants. They're not eating them though. The leaves are left on the ground around the plants. It is only affecting the peppers, not the tomatoes or herbs. They've denuded jalapeno, fresno. lunchbox (small sweet) and serrano. It's happening...

I built several raised bed gardens in my yard in WV. We're growing herbs, tomatoes, several types of peppers and asparagus this year. I'm hoping to pick up some tops for improving the health and yield of my pepper plants as well as pest control. Thanks.
