  And lean meats. At around 100 calories for 4 ounces of grilled chicken, it is really really tough to eat too many calories before you are stuffed.   6-8 ounces of chicken and steamed veggies and you have a good dinner for under 250 calories. (I save all the calories I can for beer). :D

  Something definitely isn't right here. Have you tried just walking? I've been walking 3-4 miles a day at a pretty aggressive pace and shoot for a total of 10-15,000 steps a day total. If I keep my food consumption to 1500 calories or so and lay off the alcohol, I can lose 1-2 lbs a week...

  Welcome back Trent. I haven't been around much for the last couple of years either. Just popped in out of the blue and saw your thread. :clap:   I'll be following as time allows. Good luck on the farm, sounds like a cool venture, and most importantly all that land will be a fantastic rifle...
